Why to book an extended family photo session

We can’t recommend enough the value of booking an extended family photo session! This is a photo session that includes extended family members, such as: grandparents, cousins, aunts and uncles!

Not only is this a great keepsake for everyone in the family, but it’s also the most wonderful gift for family members–especially grandparents–that they will truly treasure and be thrilled to  show off. 

Get it all done at once! In addition to capturing a complete family photo of multiple generations, you can get photos of smaller family units such as grandparents with grandchildren, siblings, and cousins.  It’s also cost effective for our clients, as costs can be shared across a few households within the extended family unit. 

We know it’s not an easy task to get extended family together and coordinate a photo session, but once you pick a date and book with us, you have our promise to make the rest of your experience as simple and stress free as possible.

When you book a family session with us, you get a team of 2 people. Anthony is our key  photographer, and  Le Man helps coordinate your group, recommends poses, and helps get people comfortable in front of the camera.

For extended family sessions, we always offer a planning consultation via zoom where we suggest a member from each individual family attend. This is an opportunity for us to give you and your family a rundown of what to expect, and most importantly for them to ask us any questions, voice any concerns, and let us know about any special requests, or accommodations.

During our planning consultation, we will work with you to pick a studio space that works best for your family. We have relationships with several Toronto photography studios, and will talk through which location is most convenient, any accessibility needs, and the overall aesthetics that you are interested in.
